Favoriot Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian-based IoT platform provider, has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Agile Digital (Pty) Ltd, a South African leader in Industrial IoT and smart automation, to collaborate on expanding IoT-driven innovation across the African continent.
The agreement sets the foundation for co-developing scalable IoT solutions and targeting key sectors such as energy, logistics, agriculture, and manufacturing in Southern, Eastern, and Central Africa. The partnership will also focus on nurturing local technical talent through training and certification programs, while deploying impactful proof-of-concept initiatives.
