The public in Kuala Lumpur will be the first to use this Free Community Service from REDtone IOT. Feature released on August 13, 2016.

August 13, 2016, KUALA LUMPUR – Have you ever been in a scenario while walking in the city centre and see illegal parking, unattended garbage, faulty traffic lights, etc. and wish that your local authorities could take action immediately? You want to help by making an incident report but just don’t have any ideas or contact information on how to get in touch with the right authority.

REDtone IOT has added a new feature called CitiAct-to-Email which takes away all your headache of reporting. The users of CitiAct can just snap a photo and write a simple description and click “Submit” and the system will do the rest. An email will automatically be generated and submitted (as per their official email address) to the relevant local council that is responsible for their area.

CitiAct mobile application is available in iOS and Android.

An email will be sent directly to the relevant Local Council of that area.

CitiAct-to-Email is a free community service from REDtone IOT in making a better city, better world. This easy-to-use feature is powered by CitiSense from REDtone IOT and Unification Engine from Unified Inbox.

The first city in Malaysia to get this service is Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL). The rest of the cities will be roll-out gradually and expected to complete before the end of 2016.

This service is available WORLDWIDE. If your city urgently requires this feature, please do not hesitate to contact us at iot@redtone.com
