Petaling Jaya, 22 January 2025 — Favoriot, in partnership with Monash University Malaysia, successfully conducted a two-day IoT Fundamentals with Favoriot Platform training for Monash academic and technical staff on 21–22 January 2025. The programme was held at the university’s Computer Lab, offering participants a valuable opportunity to strengthen their knowledge and skills in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT).
As one of Favoriot’s partners in education, Monash University Malaysia continues to champion digital readiness. Through this training, staff members were introduced to essential IoT concepts, device connectivity, cloud-based data management, and real-time dashboard creation using the Favoriot platform. The hands-on sessions enabled participants to develop and monitor IoT applications that can support smart campus initiatives, research, and innovation.

Feedback from participants reflected enthusiasm about applying these skills in their work. Many noted that the training provided practical insights into building scalable IoT solutions, setting the stage for future projects that incorporate real-time data monitoring, automation, and intelligent alert systems.
