SEPT 27, 2016: Due to public outcry and cases whereby emergency lane abusers can cause ambulance to arrive late, REDtone IOT has taken the initiative to create a FREE mobile app that allows members of the public to channel their complaints along with any photographic proof of these errant motorists “in action” to the JPJ using CitiAct mobile app.
