Kemaman, Terengganu, 27 October 2025 — FAVORIOT Sdn. Bhd. and University College TATI (UC TATI) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) education, certification, and research and development (R&D). The agreement aims to accelerate talent development and empower students with industry-ready skills, particularly in Malaysia’s East Coast region.
The MoU, signed by Dr. Mazlan Abbas, CEO of FAVORIOT, and Prof. Ir. Dr. Hairul Azhar bin Abdul Rashid, Rector of UC TATI, marks UC TATI’s inclusion in the FAVORIOT Partner Network (FPN). Through this partnership, both institutions will collaborate as Training and R&D Partners to enhance IoT certification programs, research activities, and the establishment of innovation-driven learning environments.

This collaboration also opens the door to industry-academia engagement, offering UC TATI students opportunities to work on live IoT projects powered by FAVORIOT’s cloud platform — a system used by developers and enterprises across 110+ countries.
