We have seen a very disruptive change in many industries due to digitalisation and the introduction of Internet. It has either impact the livelihood of the people or obsolete many jobs or even the revenue of industries. Internet access in rural areas is one of the main stumbling blocks that limit the transformation. But as we see coverage of Internet access has been more pervasive, it has become more important for the traditional agriculture to embrace digital. The world has been very competitive and unfair to some people but it’s mainly due to their slow attitude in taking the risk to change.
